2. Robot lawnmowers, vacuum/floor cleaners, Looj, Litter Robot, Auto Pet Care products and certain other products are not available for shipment outside the US. These products use North American style plugs and voltage (110V) and some are too large to be shipped cost effectively.
3. Customs duties/taxes are not included in the shipping quote. You may receive a bill from your customs authorities that must be paid to receive your order. Contact your local authorities for details.
4. We are not responsible if your order is lost or damaged in shipping. Please request insurance in your shipping quotation.
