Paradise Robotics Return Policy
Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return products according to the time schedule posted below. ¨ You must contact us prior to shipping for a Return Material Authorization number. We will refuse shipments that do not have an RMA number. ¨ If your return is one of our robots, we kindly ask you to work with us for 30 days to solve installation or use concerns. ¨ You are responsible for return shipping fees. ¨ All returned products are subject to inspection. Products must be deemed resalable before a refund is provided. This means the box and merchandise are in good enough condition for resale. ¨ A full refund minus original shipping costs will be provided, usually within 10 business days, when: 1) the product is resalable, 2) no in-box items need to be replaced. Otherwise a partial refund is given. There is no restocking fee!! ¨ Although there is no restocking fee, keep in mind original shipping/handling is never refunded, even on items with “free shipping”. Therefore, you may pay up to 2 times shipping/handling plus replacement of missing/damaged items. ¨ Please insure your shipment to prevent against loss or additional charges due to shipping damage!

Holiday Return Policy: |
Purchases made between November 1 and December 5 are eligible for our extended holiday return policy. The item must be unopened and unused (exception for Litter-Robot & Lawnbott).
When the RMA request is made by January 5 of the following year, a full refund, less original shipping cost, will be given within about 10 business days. Commercial products excluded.

30 days, new unused, box/pkg in excellent condition. Full refund, less original shipping, even if item had free shipping. Defective toys may be exchanged, but due to supply limitations colors and styles may vary. Customer pays shipping both directions. Customer must call for RMA number for all returns!
